On the Document preference pane, can specify to show ruler on
new document.
On the Editor preference pane, can specify to combine editing
item to upper one when pressing Delete key at the top of the text.
●Bug fixes
Fixed a bug that checking for update stops the application
when the update-info server is unavailable.
●Changes
Created the Editor preference pane, and reorganized General,
Document and Drag & Drop panes.
