ecto2.1.1 アップデート

• Fixed bug where a server error message on upload would crash ecto.
• Added "Toys" to Amazon list (Note that this is not available in German Amazon store).
• Fixed bug where Amazon link text preference did not stick.
• Better warning message for failure when switching from HTML to Rich Text.
• Fixed a bug where linebreaks inside HTML tags would be converted.
• iTunes template now allows for multiple #tag pairs.
• Automatic Markdown and Textile preview for blog systems that do not MovableType API. This means that if you type a Markdown entry and preview it, it'll be converted from Markdown to HTML first. Obviously, in order to post this entry to your blog system, you must have set Markdown as default format in your blog system.
• Fixed incorrect repetitive image scaling.
• Minor improvements in HTML parsing and Rich Text handling.
• HTML Tag menu now also in Rich Text mode.
• Draft window's attachment button now works for all blog systems. It reverts to image tag creation for blog systems that do not support upload.
