Improvements
• On the Editor preference pane, can specify to use colors for the status indicators.
• Can join selected items that have descendants.
• Can join selected items when the indention levels of the items are different.
• When joining selected items, can specify the string to insert between texts.
• When hoisting an item, 'Expand All' and 'Collapse All' work only the descendants of the hoisted item.
• Levels of selected items are shown on the status bar.
• Added supported for the RTF export.

Bug fixes
• Fixed a bug that sometimes document is not displayed properly when there are large texts.
• Fixed a bug that document view won't scroll properly when moving item to left and showing Nth level.
• Fixed problems that stylesheets are not applied properly when moving, copying, grouping, gathering items.
• Fixed a bug that notes of the selected items other than the top item are deleted when joining the items.
• Fixed a bug that text lines are not set properly with the stylesheet panel.
• Fixed a bug that stylesheet is not applied to split text when splitting item to parent or child.
• Fixed a bug that the global stylesheet gets wiped after reverting.

Changes
• Integrated two menu items for 2-state attribute (Lock, Bookmark, Mark, Invisible, Fold, Checkbox, Check,Page Break) to one.
• Integrated two buttons for 2-state attribute on the Toolbar and palettes (Lock, Bookmark, Mark, Invisible, Fold, Checkbox, Check,Page Break) to one.
• 'Combine' was renamed 'Join'.
• 'Displayed Line' was renamed 'Fold'
• Reorganized menus and shortcuts.
